What can I do if I cannot remember my SLS login ID and password?


You can click on "FORGOT PASSWORD" or contact the School-based helpdesk by scanning this QR code or click on this link.

Alternatively, you can contact the school-based helpline at 6344 3072 between 8.00am and 4.00pm from Mondays to Fridays.


Loss of School Smart Card (SSC)


If my child lost her School Smart Card, how do I replace for a new one?
