The Catholic Church in Singapore observed Catholic Education Sunday (CES) this past weekend. Catholic students enrolled in Catholic schools filled parishes islandwide to celebrate mass as one vibrant community. Several P5 Catholic students from our school stepped up willingly to serve as lectors and hospitality ministers. A special highlight was hearing one of our students share her moving experience of school life.
Our students were joined by their ‘older sisters’ from CHIJ Katong Convent as they made their presence and spirit of their schools known within our community. It was a beautiful reflection of faith, leadership, and unity in action. Thank you to all the students and families who joined us to celebrate the gift of Catholic education.
