Character and Citizenship Education
Discover how our CCE framework shapes students into caring, responsible citizens through programmes rooted in values, leadership, and service.
Character and Citizenship Education (CCE)
Character and Citizenship Education in our school embodies the spirit of our founder, Blessed Nicholas Barré, as we strive to nurture every student to realise her full potential and make a difference in society.
Our CCE framework is built upon two primary domains: Character Development and Citizenship Education.
The school virtues, the CCE core values (Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, Integrity, Care and Harmony) and social emotional competencies are explicitly taught in:
School Virtues Programme
CCE lessons
Form Teacher Guidance Programme (FTGP)
Grace and Love Programme
Student Leadership Programme
Cyber Wellness Programme (CW)
Education and Career Guidance Programme (ECG)
Sexuality Education (SEd)
and the application of knowledge gleaned is reinforced through experiential learning in:
National Education
Values In Action (VIA)
Student Leadership Programme
Peer Support Programme
