CHIJ (Katong) Primary would like to invite interested applicants to operate a Muslim Rice Stall at 17 Martia Road, Singapore 424281.
The contract is renewable on a yearly basis, subject to good performance. The student and staff population is estimated at 1,200.
Interested applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• Provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices determined in consultation with the school.
• Provide food that meets the health/nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board (HPB). Applicant may refer to the HPB website at https://www.hpb.gov.sg/schools/school-programmes/healthy-meals-in-schools-programme (opens in new tab).
• Maintain high standard of food and personal hygiene.
• Preferably possess experience operating in a school environment.
• Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall licence from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Successful applicant and stall assistant must possess the WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate.

1. Complete the attached Application Form (opens in new tab)
2. Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)
3. List of proposed menu and pricing for all items
4. Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene Course, etc.
Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and food sampling by the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant's own expense.
